This privacy policy applies to the Days Since app (hereby referred to as "Application") for iOS, macOS, and watchOS devices, created by Pablo Butron (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Days Since is built from the ground up to respect your privacy. The Service Provider does not collect, read, transmit, or sell your personal moments, dates, or events.
If you choose to use the Premium tier to synchronize your events across your iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch, the Application uses Apple's native CloudKit and SwiftData frameworks.
The Application does not require an external account creation, email address, or password. Any data collected is limited strictly to local, anonymous app performance data (if opted-in via Apple's standard analytics):
To function effectively, the Application may request the following permissions:
Because your data is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account, you have complete control over it. You can delete individual events within the app, or stop all data storage by deleting the Application and removing its data from your iCloud Storage settings via your Apple ID.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not collect personally identifiable information.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2025-01-01.
If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, please contact the Service Provider via email at pablo@butron.dev.
